We’ve led the way in the catering industry when it comes to eliminating the use of processed foods in our kitchens, cutting down on unhealthy fats, salts and additives and promoting ‘healthy option’ cooking methods – such as steaming, char-grilling and dry roasting – where possible. We feel strongly about our responsibility to promote healthy eating as part of an overall balanced lifestyle.

That’s why our workplace dining facilities feature initiatives that promote different aspects of healthy eating, why we provide full and detailed nutritional information with all of our meals to help customers make the healthy choice, and why our in-house nutritionist oversees all menus and works with clients on bespoke healthy eating initiatives and awareness campaigns.
